Our sweet, sweet Celia. Please pray for God's perfect healing!! She was admitted today after continuous changes in her color because of reflux/aspiration. Tomorrow morning, out comes the NG tube and in goes an NJ. She has not been allowed any food since NOON today- sad baby and frustrated mommy and daddy!! And our precious girl is not a sad one.
After the procedure, we have to hang out here for at least 24 to make sure all is working as planned. Several people have asked about a G tube. Yes, she most likely will be the proud owner of a new belly button in the next couple of months (after open heart surgery). Now, though, no anesthesiologist would allow her to be put to sleep for Gtube insertion. Her heart is just too fragile.

Oh she is so precious! I just came to your blog through another adoption blog. Your child are so adorable, all of them!
I hope Celia does better with the NJ. My dd was a preemie and has had a G-button for over 7 yrs now. At one time she had a GJ due to reflux.
I will pray for her growth and continued development!
