When it's 95 degrees...

When it's 95 degrees outside- you paint! Yourself! And your sister! And yes, I told them they could- you begin grasping for straws after a while! I've decided to say "yes" more. What's the big deal! They had a blast!!

At least they are painting some pretty cool things!

Meanwhile, I was busy in the kitchen making the most delicious banana bread. Recipe courtesy of my sweet sister-in-law, Markana. I made them in these cute little cake shapes because I recently found a perfect Wilton cake pan at a local thrift store for $1! Woohoo! And for dinner Loaded Potato Soup. Yes, I'm sure it's as terrible for us as it sounds but it was so delicious! Why soup when it's 95 out? Because I'm trying to utilize my crock pot more to keep the temperature down while cooking and this was super easy. The fam loved it, so I think we'll have it again.

Hope you have a blessed night!
In Him,
E
