As I sit here this morning, under my warm fleece blanket surrounded by my dear ones, my heart is breaking for one of "the least of these". Please, pray for Ruslana today. Today is her 4th birthday- not a day to celebrate in Eastern Europe. I specifically pray for those in charge of her orphanage, those that will decide whether she is transferred now or not- for leniency, that she may stay in the orphanage a bit longer. A piece of my heart belongs to this angel! Oh, how I wish she were here instead, so we could be celebrating her life! She is one of His chosen ones, made precisely in His image.
God calls us to action, to be his hands and feet- why won't my feet move?!!

Happy Birthday, sweet Ruslana. Elisabeth, there is no celebration in EE, but I know your faith is strong and God loves Ruslana so very much. The angels and saints are rejoicing in heaven and dancing the same way they did on the day she was born.
I will be praying she not be transferred.
