To be more specific....ganglion cyst. Doesn't that sound yucky?!!
Well, that's probably what my middlest has (no, that's not her foot in the picture, but a photo similar to what her cyst looks like). She goes in for an MRI Monday morning, and we should have results by Tuesday. Please, pray for her. She's nervous but wants her foot to feel better. There is a real possibility that she will have to have it surgically removed because her's is quite painful (they aren't always). She can't even swim without it bothering her. Any physical activity seems to aggravate it and makes it swell more. So, she's alternating ice and heat now.

ah that is not fun! My dad has one on his wrist but it doesn't bother him at all. I pray that she can have it removed quickly and with minimal pain!
