Made some sweet deliciousness!! Oh how I love chocolate! Let me clarify- Oh how I love anything sweet! And as unfortunate as it may be for my waistline, I accept it because God made me this way and I don't dare go against God!:) At least that's my excuse today.
The brownies were terribly easy. I substituted lite butter for the oil and pecans for the walnuts. Remember we have about 5 gallons of pecans here! Find the recipe here and enjoy!! Aside from my Grandma's Blonde Brownies, they may just be the best I've ever had. For real!!
My middle made the sugar cookies. Nothing fancy. No cookie cutters as she was hoping for, but she did add her own little twist with icing dots on the top. She will be taking them to her Girl Scout party tomorrow night.
Have I told you lately how much I love my girls? They rock!!
