Being home

Meeting Papa (my dad) for the first time
My sister and her youngest. My nephew wasn't too sure about sharing his mommy-
it was too funny!

My sister's oldest- look how proud he looks?! And yes, angel boy is wearing a long sleeve thermal with a snowman reindeer on the front. The girls picked it out and thought it was a robot...what?!

As I type this, I am listening to the sweetest angel boy breathe in his bassinet just feet away. It's just minutes before 9am here and dare I say he's been asleep since just before midnight?!! I won't interrupt his peaceful rest but I long to hold him this morning.

Oh, it is so nice to be home. I don't believe I've ever loved and appreciated our little house so much. Call me ungrateful if you will, but to be back and able to stretch out a bit is glorious!!

Yesterday was filled with meeting a small handful of those who are members of baby boy's fan club. My sister and her boys came over for a bit as did my mom. They had been gone for just moments when my dear friend, Leigh, came with her 3 kiddos. When I took the girls to church last night for youth, I was greeted like never before! I wonder why I've never received that same reception when alone?:) Then, after dinner we headed over to hubby's parents so they could meet their newest grandson. Hmmm....I guess I see why he's still asleep.
More pics soon. Since all my kiddos are still in bed, I'm going to go spend a few moments alone. In Him,
E
