I want to shout from the rooftops that we just found out the ban in Ruslana's region has been lifted!! Her region is once again processing adoptions!! God is so good! He stalled things just long enough for us to get baby boy home. Now to rescue our sweet angel girl.
I just can't believe it. Our prayer is that we are able to get her home before Christmas. Our USCIS fingerprints are this week, and hopefully by the time that approval comes through we will have every other piece of paperwork we need. We will then submit to her country and wait for approval and a travel date (usually travel happens about 4-5 weeks from submission).
PLEASE, join me in praying for a super speedy process. The ban put us way behind- it's been 2 months since they stopped processing adoptions. We MUST submit before November. Her country closes in November for 3 months. Ugh. Really? Really.
