I'm writing this through tears. While medical tests are becoming more and more sophisticated in order to detect birth defects with more certainty and more accurately, more terminations seem to be happening because of them. People seem to only want what the world deems as the "perfect" child. But perfect in our eyes is absolutely not perfect in God's eyes.
I beg each of you to watch this. Thomas was created exactly in God's image and he was perfect. How easy it would have been for his parents to terminate and go on with their lives. But look at the love Thomas gave them. Look at the gift GOD gave Thomas's parents.
Obviously, I am pro life. There are no 2 ways about it. And I'm not looking for a debate. I cannot image our lives without any of our children. I spent a while tonight working with our angel boy and trying to strengthen his little muscles. It's only been 4 weeks, and I can't imagine life without him. No, he's not perfect in many's eyes, but in our eyes he's so much more.
God has entrusted us with 4 (so far!) of the most amazing gifts- our children. Oh, what an honor it is and how blessed we are!!

I am speechless.
Of course he was worth it.
God's WORD says that children are a gift from the Lord. Not some children, not most children...ALL children...a gift from Him.
So true. If only the world felt thid way.
