Love Them Like Jesus

I can't believe all God has done throughout this journey to Ruslana. I say these 4 words- LOVE THEM LIKE JESUS- very often, sometimes almost daily. I say them to my girls. I have them typed real BIG and pinned with a clothespin to the window curtain rod above my kitchen sink. I've read those words thousands of times, probably.
Again, I wanted to bring your attention to one of God's angels here on earth- Heather. Read more about her work here. I want to tell you that I don't know Heather personally. She lives on the exact opposite side of the United States from me. We will probably never meet in person, but we have become part of each other's lives through our blogs. Several months ago she approached me asking if she could help raise funds to bring Ruslana home. Ummm...yes! She created a sign especially for me (well, Ruslana) with 100% of the proceeds going to Ruslana's adoption fund- the sign pictured above. Dare I say not one sign sold. For this I am very sad.
This sign is still available and I KNOW Heather will make you one of your very own if this exact one sells- in most any color, too! She even makes the most wondrous personalized signs. Make sure you take a peek at her shop- click here. (Perfect Christmas presents!!)
Thank you, Heather, for your kind, kind heart. Thank you for believing in us and our mission. And thank you especially for loving our girl!!
In Him,
E

I absolutely LOVE the sign but didn't get one b/c the shipping is almost $11 :(
I am really trying to be a better steward of our finances with my husband away and we've had a lot of incidental expenses since he left.
I do think the sign is worth it but I can't spend $31 on it right now.
I did LOVE your daughter's pottery work and budgeted for that back before my hubby left :) She is so talented!
Blessings,
Holly

I am going to do our bills right now - and if there's anything left over we'll buy it! When we thought Olive's country closed down, and we weren't going to be able to adopt her, we were seriously considering commiting to Ruslana... she has a special place in my heart. If we can do it - we will!

Hello friend,
I did buy a sign from Heather to help you adoption. We gave it to friends for their wedding. It was the perfect gift! Gosh, her work really is stunning.

The shipping is pricey because the signs are quite large--bigger than I thought. So worth the extra money you have to pay!

Big hugs
