I want to focus once again on how amazing children with special needs are. But, before someone feels the need to "remind" me, I want to say that I'm not naive in thinking that we won't have struggles or our children will "measure up" to what the world views as "perfect". First and foremost, our children were made EXACTLY how God wanted and in His image. We will do everything in our power to assist them in becoming precisely what He intended for them to be.
Which brings me back to a post I wrote several months ago about Robin Hiser. I strongly encourage each of you to take a peek at the trailer. Wow. What an amazing disciple!! She has accomplished so much in her life and I have no doubt that she has brought many, many people to Christ. Her faith journey is truly remarkable. And guess what? She has Down Syndrome!!
I am so encouraged when I learn about an individual such as Robin. Forget the fact that she has Downs. Again I say....Wow! But it does give me that boost to see what an individual with Downs can accomplish.
I am blessed enough to own Robin's DVD. It's on sale now if you'd like one of your own. It will change you......I promise.

Praising God....your little man is scrumptious!
he is just too adorable, I'm afraid I wouldn't get much done in a day because I would just sit and hold and snuggle that little man all day :)
